There was something special on 5^th December 2025 at our school. There were a beautiful Christmas tree, sparkling lights, and cheerful Christmas songs. All of the students and parents came with joyful hearts attending our Christmas service in hall of Petra 1 Junior high school.

During our Christmas service, together we praised God, prayed, enjoyed some Christmas performances, and then listened to the Bible story about baby Jesus who was born on Christmas night. Through This story, we know that Jesus is our hope. Yes… Hope has a Name, and its Name is Jesus.

The Bible says, “They will call Him Immanuel, which means “God with us”.

(Matthew 1:23-NIV)

It stated that Jesus is always with us. Every time when we feel sad, afraid, or uncertain, Jesus is near us. He comes to bring love, joy, and peace into our hearts. Even though He was born in a humble place, His love is so great for all of us . We sang, prayed, and smiled together. With our little hands, we say, ‘Thank you, Lord Jesus, for You are our hope.’ Christmas teaches us to share, care, and love one another. We want to bring this hope home, to school, and also our friends. Because our hope is Jesus — Immanuel, God with us. 🎄✨
