On Sunday, 1 March 2026, Day 2 of the Petra International Campus Tour (PICT) was SO packed but in the best way possible 😆✨ Like… meaningful in the morning, serious campus vibes mid-day, then boom fun mode in the afternoon 😭🔥
We started the day with breakfast at the hotel (yes, still sleepy vibes 😵‍💫) and then walked to Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church for a worship service 🙏. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, so it felt like a nice “recharge” moment before the day got hectic. After that, we felt more refreshed and ready to go again 💪✨
Next up: Singapore Management University (SMU) Open House 🏫🤩. This was the main academic highlight of the day, and honestly it was really interesting. We joined an info session where SMU shared about their programmes, majors, and what studying there is like. The way they explained it made uni life feel more real—not just something we hear about, but something we can actually imagine doing 👀📚
And OMG, the career part was actually super eye-opening 💼🔥. SMU talked about how they prepare students for the future with practical learning, real industry exposure, and stuff that helps you be “career-ready” (not just good at exams). They also explained the benefits you can get during uni—like building skills, expanding your network, gaining confidence, and becoming more prepared for the real world. Honestly, the session was soooo useful, especially for anyone who’s still confused about what major they want 😭✨
After SMU, we had lunch and basically did a mini debrief like “okay that was actually good info” 😂🍽️. Then the best part: in the afternoon we went to Universal Studios Singapore 🎢🤯✨. The vibe instantly switched to FULL FUN MODE. We enjoyed the rides, took photos, screamed together (some people screamed louder than the ride itself 😭😂), and just had the best time. It was such a good bonding moment too because we were just laughing and having fun as a group 🫶🎉
To close the day, we went to VivoCity for dinner and free time 🌃🛍️. It was chill, we could walk around, explore, and just relax after a super full day. Then we went back to the hotel to rest and get ready for the next day’s campus visits 😴✨
Overall, Day 2 of PICT was the perfect mix—calm and meaningful start, super helpful SMU session, and then an epic fun ending at USS + VivoCity 😭🔥 Honestly… we were tired, but happy tired
