The Dato’ Kho Hui Meng Young Scholars Programme (DKHM), organized by Singapore Management University (SMU), stands as a flagship initiative designed to identify, nurture, and empower high-potential secondary school students from across the ASEAN region.
The programme’s very existence and ethos are deeply rooted in the vision of its donor, Dato’ Kho Hui Meng. A distinguished alumnus of the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology and a key figure in the global energy trading sector (former President & CEO of Vitol Asia), Dato’ Kho brings a pragmatic, results-driven philosophy to his philanthropy.
